 Supported Living is an
umbrella term for a wide range of services provided by Avalon to
support people in the community.
These include:

Supported
Housing – providing properties with tenancies and/or
support

Community
Support – individualised packages of support tailored to
a customer’s needs

Floating Support – enables customers to maintain their tenancies,
generally with housing associations, through low level support
packages

Sitting
Service – carer support for short breaks
Avalon Supported
Living Service is registered as an approved provider with both
Supporting People and the Commission for Social Care Inspection.
We also have our own strict Quality Assurance and Monitoring
systems. |
